- the picnic date will be changes to 5/07 due to a conflict on 4/23 (5/07 is the first summer weekender session)

* there is a sign-up sheet if you are interest in buying or making something for the picnic

- there was discussion on having the picnic at Kirby park in stead of on campus (but an on-campus picnic may get a higher turnout) - the social committee will arrange an outing for the MBA students this Weds. evening at Hops & Barley around 8:30pm (an email will be sent by Tara Smith)

FUNDRAISING:

- the flower sale generated $150+ in sales - great job Ann!! (and thanks for taking the lead on this)

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT:

- the committee will try to arrange for Dick East to speak on 4/21 (a Thursday evening)

- due to a lack of MBA student interest, we will focus our efforts of a fall job fair

ELECTIONS:

- nominations and elections NEED to occur at the next meeting (there were not enough people present to even consider nominations this past weekend)

- it is up to us to generate interest among the MBA students for officers committee members
