CFC Fast
CFC did a three day fast: Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday (April 27th, 28th, 29th 2008)
**Focus For Fast: Instruction and direction from God on how to expand the outreach of CFC. (this is what we should all be praying for)
Details:
- Abstain from food between the hours of 10:00am - 4:00pm on Sunday and Monday.
- On the last day which is Tuesday the 29th abstain from all food until 12 noon.
- During the CFC mtg on Tuesday the 29th we will end the entire fast together with prayer.
To Keep In Mind:
- Prayer - At the end of each fasting period, end with a prayer and include the **Focus For Fast in your prayer.
- No obligations - If the fasting time conflicts with school, work, etc., feel free to modify it to fit your schedule.
- Drink - This specific fast is only a fast from food, feel free to stay well hydrated with water.
- Privacy - Fasting is between you and the Lord. (Matthew 6:18)
