Commuter Council
Welcome Commuters!
Commuter Council is an organization that helps to keep commuters connected to campus. Commuter Council (CC) acts on behalf of commuter students, representing them by voicing their concerns whenever possible. Commuter Council works in collaboration with the Inter-Residence Hall Council, Off Campus Council, Student Government, and the Student Affairs cabinet in planning campus events as well as representing the student's concerns in matters such as but not limited to, parking, food service, etc.
The Commuter Council works to make commuters' time spent on campus comfortable as well as enjoyable. Through activities, community service, fundraising and a commuter lounge, the Commuter Council provides commuters with a home away from home. The Commuter Council sponsors socials, movie matinees, game times, an annual lock-in as well as trips to New York City. As a club the Commuter Council hosts weekly meetings to discuss issues with the commuting Wilkes students.
COMMUTER COUNCIL: YOU'RE KEY TO CAMPUS. WE'RE MORE THAN JUST A PARKING PASS!
