Handicapped Parking

Commuter Council CAN NOT and DOES NOT issue handicapped parking spaces. To acquire a handicapped space, you must contact the Public Safety office. They will only issue temporary passes for up to four week's time. After that, a handicapped license must be obtained through the state of Pennsylvania.
