New Business

1) Elections ˆ freshmen and replacements will be held September 22-23. Nominations are due the Friday after Club Day.
2) Additional Game Room: The current game room is smaller than anticipated, and the new food service provider built a wall that puts the other pool table in the walkway. There is a balcony off the side of the ballroom which is very rarely utilized. An estimate to enclose the balcony was $90,000. The space would hold the pool tables, ping pong table, and a few other smaller items. The space is large, but out of the way. The room would have to be closed down from time to time due to events in the ballroom. This project would need to be funded through SG.
3) SG T-shirts: Liz volunteered to be the chair for the t-shirts. Contact her with ideas.

Old Business

1) Service budget for the SG vans: Mudd has set up the budget for the vans ($500)
2) Office Hours Monday and Wednesday 10am-2pm: Next week is the seniors‚ turn.
3) Radio Show: Will not start until after Club Day.
4) T.V. show ˆ next month?
5) Investment committee ˆ tabled discussion
6) Wachovia table: A representative will be staying later periodically.
7) Internet: There is a hardware problem that IBM is trying to fix.
