1) Alcohol Awareness Week Donation: Approximately 400 students signed up for the walk, and Health Services was only expecting about 100. The t-shirts are expected to cost about $2400, which is much more than they had anticipated. Liz made a motion to donate $500 for Alcohol Awareness Week, Rob seconded. Motion passed 21-0-2.

2) CC Constitution Changes Accepted
3) Wrap up Homecoming Discussion: After looking into different options, only Genetti¡¯s and the Woodlands have spaces big enough to accommodate our Homecoming dance. After we get the dates for the next 3 years, we will be contacting both places to see what the next step is.

˛ Game Room: We are looking for a bigger space to use for the game room. The original idea was to enclose the second floor balcony and put the game room there. There was also a second idea to move the SG suite up to that room instead, and make the current suite the game room. The second floor space is much smaller (~22%), but may not have an impact on the working space for a meeting room. Moving the SG suite upstairs will put the meetings out of the flow of traffic, detracting from publicity. This move would also affect the other clubs and organizations that meet in the suite. Pros of moving the SG suite upstairs include being able to use the student center more for the students, and not having a sound conflict between the game room and ballroom. This will be talked about further at future meetings. Anyone who has further thoughts should see Julia after the meeting.
