New Business

1) Cycling Club 2nd Reading: The cycling club came back in, and they revised their constitution. Mick made a motion to recognize the cycling club and Rob seconded. Motion passed by hand vote.
2) Survey/Voting Provider: 2 weeks ago Tony Thorton did a demonstration for Exec board for a new electronic survey system. Comments from Exec board included that the system seemed easier to use than the old. Liz made a motion to allocate $1500 for the survey system, and Elena seconded. Motion passed 18-0-7.
3) Office Hours: There are some members who are lacking in credit hours. Part of being on SG is participating in campus events. We will really need everyone‚s help next semester, so please try to get the hours in. Remember that you can do your hours any time on any day.

Old Business

1) Book Store Professor Book Forms: We will have the raffle at the end of the meeting.
2) Deirdre Kennedy: There was a comment that the late-nite dining is getting worse.

MSC: They will be going to see a Wilkes student perform in Philladelphia.

SCSC: The children‚s Christmas party had to be cancelled, and SCSC will be reimbursing all the clubs.

Seniors: They are now making a profit off the T-shirts.
Juniors: Have a great break, good luck on finals.
Sophomores: The candy-grams didn‚t work out.
Freshmen: Come to the mixer dance!
