New Business

1) Group picture
2) Alternative Spring Break Request: There are two Alternative Spring Break trips this year; one to Brazil and one to Miami. The total cost is anticipated to be approximately $26,000. To date they have raised about $21,500, they are asking for a donation of $1000. Mudd made a motion to donate $1000, and Ashley K. seconded. Motion passed 18-0-6.
3) St. Patrick‚s Day Parade: The parade is March 14th, which is the Sunday that we come back from Spring Break.
4) Request for Use of Hiscox Room: The PA Political Science Association Presentations would like to use the Hiscox Room on April 2nd and 3rd. Liz made a motion to allow them to use the room, and Ashley K. seconded. Motion passed by hand vote.

Old Business

1) Use of Force Policy Endorsed: The policy will now be passed on to President‚s Cabinet for approval.
2) Action Item: Food Service
3) Game Room Update: Last semester we decided to look for proposals for a new game room. Dean Allen has received two sketches; one to enclose only the area on the second floor, and another to enclose both the second and third floors. The area on third floor would serve as extra space in the cafeteria. Enclosing only one floor would cost approximately $100,000, and enclosing both floors would cost $350,000. If built, the current SG room would become the new game room, the current game room would become the SG/PB offices, and the area on the second floor would be the new meeting room. We will be revisiting this issue in the coming weeks.
