New Business 1) Winter Weekend Discussion & Survey: Don‚t forget to sign up to help with events. Julia also needs a volunteer to contact professors to be judges. She also needs someone to get food/snacks/drinks for the events, and someone to draw a logo to go along with the theme. Ideas for games on Saturday were also discussed. The survey is up and running, and hopefully the results will be publicized on Friday. 2) Potential Game Room: The Beacon will probably be running a story on this sometime in the next few weeks. We will be voting after the article runs.
Old Business 1) Alternative Spring Break Donation2) Food Service: John Pesta got back to Selena. He recognized that changes need to be made, but that it will take time. The delivery service has been pushed back to the fall of 2004. Comments were made that there definitely needs to be a change in prices. Students can e-mail byers@wilkes.edu or pesta@wilkes.edu with comments/concerns.
Events · St. Patrick‚s Day Parade ˆ Sunday, March 14th: Katie made a motion to allot $50 for parade expenses and Mudd seconded. Motion passed 29-0-1. · Casino Night ˆ March 19th · Spring Fling ˆ April 2nd: Themes were discussed and narrowed down to 80‚s, Under the Sea, Oriental, and Pirates. · Block Party ˆ April 24th

Sophomores: Freshmen: They will be doing a Valentine‚s (candy-gram) fundraiser with 2 different sized bags for purchasing.
